2023 Headwaters Hoedown!
The Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust will be holding its annual Headwaters Hoedown at the Gilmore Ranch (see directions below) on Oct. 7th from 2-5:30PM. The afternoon will include live music by Waverly Road, a cornhole tournament, the finale of our virtual auction, door prizes, local food trucks, and fun for everyone in the family.
Tickets are available at the door for $25. Food will be available for purchase from SLV Foods and Gosar. Call 719-657-0800 to get more information.
We are hosting a virtual auction at www.32auctions.com/HoedownAuction2023. The auction opens on September 25th and will close at the Hoedown on Oct. 7th. The auction includes items such as a 2-night stay at Trinchera Ranch, a 2-night stay at the Windsor hotel, a locally raised turkey, and other unique items from around the San Luis Valley.
The funds raised at this event directly support protecting land, water, and our way of life in the San Luis Valley. Come out to celebrate another successful year of land and water conservation with RiGHT!

From Alamosa, take Hwy 160 west for 5 miles then turn North on County Rd 105 S. Drive 1.5 miles to end of dirt road and you will be at the Gilmore Ranch. See you there!
